the losers in this will be the monks and necros, they gonna bid high prices initially to later on see the price drop down towards 10k. This value loss will be alright for them since they truly need the item all the time however. Best way to deal with this for other classes is just to sit and wait until most of those buyers have gotten their item. Most interesting will be if it ever gets nerfed or not though. We cant rly tell for sure. The item wasnt removed, it was just moved to luclin casino. It never said that the item was going to be removed from game. So i really cant see why p1999 should make their own change and simply remove the item. Better just let it drop until they decide to add luclin expansion . Very good for pulling since the Eye of Zomm will aggro NPCs and you can move it around. So, it's like a re-usable ranged item that can also go around walls and shit.

Also pretty good for necros to be able to summon something to lifetap.



They were never that rare to begin with. They were very similar to Circlet of Shadow on live where you have a fairly common item where the people who understood the power of the item just farmed their own item. Them being lore and still easily obtainable is the reason that they weren't expensive until a long time after being removed from the game.

10+ hours on red and over 50 elders and no drop for me so far.

Well correct me if im wrong, but isnt the plan to merge this server with another blue server in approximately this time you are comparing the price increase on manastones? ie 2-5 years from now? In that case you cant rly do that comparison dude, since it would imply that other server will have no chance or whatsoever to even get a Holgresh Elder beads since they would be seeing velious when this item was already removed. I just dont expect that to happen. No what will happen is it will drop several years, the server WILL be merged so other server can see velious. AFTER this merge, thats when any removal, if at all, will happen.

I am a shadow knight myself, with no real interest in casting lifetaps for loads of mana, neither am I interested in pulling to wipe my group with my feign death spell, so im not even gonna bother buying one unless it hits 10k or less ;p looks like ill be waiting 6 months i guess since i need to prove the pro-removal people wrong first [You must be logged in to view images. This item is an interesting gamble. Same with the alliance necklace from Thurgadin. I'm not sure it's as powerful as manastones because it can be replaced by stalking probes, but it's certainly an awesome item for FD classes. It could end up like the Circlet of Shadows, and maybe a shit ton will enter the server before the patch that nerfs them comes out.

This item will be 3-5k, just like circlet of shadow. True more can use it, but they're more common as well.
