Cobalt Scar... on the beach with the Othmirs.

Sunken ship scuba diving, great deep sea fishing, base jumping, occasional mermaids...
Maybe open up a Red Lobster, sky's the limit.

In Plane of Mischief. Clearly the most entertaining place to be. I'd watch the puppet shows with the false gods and hang out with Bristlebane.
