the event page lists this as a Vox raid on November 18th 2000 (later posts show exploring Velious during release).

So we have a confirmed detrimental spell + beneficial spell wear off message shown from pets.

Anymore proof required? Both sets of photos are at least Kunark era. The one of the necro with the old 'raise a level' text may be vanilla... not sure when that verbiage changed exactly.
