Suggestions for GM Event Reward for Ninik!

My illusion items were (at the time) a happy medium that made players happy and didn't appear to piss anyone off.

I feel like illusion items are the only acceptable GM event reward items. You don't want to give people super leet gear, but if you give them shitty gear for level 20s they won't care and it will get replaced/sold. Consumables are, meh, because none of them do anything too interesting. Illusions are forever and RP ultimate

I think illusions are the best in lieu of crazy insane OP items. It's the dream of every post guise era neckbeard to win a guise at a GM event. Though I didn't know they stopped being given out. I assume people who got jealous ruined it for everyone. I remember the oogly stick being taken away. Man that would crush me. I might have cried IRL.

p99 already has custom titles. they are rare on purpose.

My objective here is to find a reasonable alternative to the iksar egg. But since the server opinion seems to be undivided in favor of restoring illusion items as event rewards, I'm not opposed to trying to convince nilbog to re-allow them.

how is there this much misinformation in one thread. they were removed because they weren't classic. they were noticed because of the silver bullet. if we wanted to only remove the bullet, we could have. we had to remove all the non classic crap you gave out.

I agree with you, I believe that's a better reward then an illusion item that isn't within the boundaries of classic EQ

Its nice that they are rare and all, but the majority of the time titles were given out by GM events, not just the BotB shiz. No offense, but we need some events! Well... want would be a more appropriate word... but you guys have probably been busy dealing with raid petitions... LOL

Kidding, keep up the good work. Bring in some GM events.
