I support the P99 staff 100%, as a community I suggest we all give them a pat on the back every so often and remind them that snide comments like above, as well as having to deal with the entitled and dirty players...is appreciated by us all.

Don't worry guys. I got RotWF through a successful MQ on Saturday and I didn't make the same mistake twice. I appreciate the staff taking the time to look into my situation, but fuck the no CSR support for MQs. That's just horse shit. Especially when my issue wasn't even a failed MQ, but an honest mistake.

Hope I never have to rely on server staff for anything related to a bug or another mistake of this sort again.

Your issue took place while you were MQing someone an item, so yeah it falls under the sorry we don't help people with MQ's gone awry. Not their fault you couldn't figure out what was going on. I have had items returned to me, but never in a MQ situation. Sorry you don't agree with the policy but you need to suck it up and quit bitching. CSR is here on a volunteer basis.

on red99 they do reimburse for mq's

there was an instance involving nirgon and colgate and 3 wizards

nirgon and colgate mq'd the cazic skin and a staff from VS for a wizard epic

one of the wizards gave all his items to a MERCHANT!

2/3 of the wizards got there epic that day

that skin was used later in the future to piggy back multiple wizard epics

In fairness, Llandris - GM's have been responding to posts about shit like this in RnF way faster than they have been on the corresponding posts in Petition forum lately.

Really shouldn't be setting an example of giving people that make threads like this here any significant attention and green forum name = significant attention, whether it results favorably for the OP or not.

You give an item to wrong npc, then u petition that you gave it to wrong npc and u will likely be reimbursed.

You petition that u messed up a MQ, u will not be reimbursed.

In this case it would be semantics. But you said it was a failed MQ, so you put yourself into the category of it will probably not even get looked at. And likely u wont get reimbursed.

Policy, is no help on failed MQs. Choose ur wording wisely when you petition.
