Anyone else having this issue with pet summoning?

Since posting this I've been able to summon max-lvl pets, but it was really weird there for a few hours.

As a necromancer, this isn't a new issue for me. The last dark blue pet i've seen was at level 8 or 9.

Before level 10 there are no light blue cons ... things lower than your level are either green or dark blue.

Didn't everyone figure out, that the level of pet you summon is tied to your post counts?

Geesh you guys are slow on the uptake.
