I don't know Tralina very well. I don't use mumble and I'm not in those video chats, so I only chat with her once in a while and see her posts on the forums. My favorite post from her was when she posted a picture of herself wickedly hungover and talked about $8 vodka and someone went off about women who think they deserve to have guys buy them $10 drinks all night and she corrected him that the BOTTLE was $8.

I think she's a pretty nice girl. She always seems to be pretty nice to everyone, even people who are quite mean to her. She's always been nice to me in our limited interaction and she didn't seem to be gossipy or manipulative or anything else negative.

Many of you seem to think that knowing Tralina or knowing something about her gives you the right to treat her as your metaphorical punching bag. You seem to like to attack her appearance, probably because you know that American women are typically very insecure about appearance. I think that reflects much worse on you than it does on Tralina. I don't recall her ever responding that any of you don't make enough money, or have an impressive resume or drive an expensive car, the things that American men are typically insecure about.

In the place and time where I grew up, we were taught to treat women with respect. Maybe that's changed now or maybe some of you just have really awful manners. I'm sure some of you are already getting ready to talk about how I'm just another desperate and lonely gamer geek trying to get into Tralina's undergarments. Well, I am kind of a lonely gamer geek sometimes, but I live far away from her and I'm probably twice her age, so the chances of us ever meeting are somewhere between minuscule and none at all. I just don't think the way many of you talk about her is appropriate at all and someone should call you out for it and it might as well be me.

Tralina, I hope the things some of these guys say about you don't affect the way you think about yourself. I don't agree with them at all. I think you're a pretty nice girl.

It's smart to start a thread and be a general as possible with no details. It's even smarter to not have any proof with screen shots or video. It's also smart that you start accusing people of "cheating" I think the smartest thing you did was wine like a little bitch and not petition a GM and handle this like an adult. Too bad you aren't smart enough to graduate collage.

Things I've learned from this thread:

If I don't post on R&F for months, purist will still respond within minutes when I do.

Lazortag is still butthurt that I trolled him in that ridiculous name nerfing thread.

Girth is still butthurt that I said the people in IB aren't very nice to people outside the guild, and he refutes this by... not being very nice to people outside the guild.

When I quit EQ, there are lots of people willing to help me out by taking my stuff. (To be fair, that probably identifies them as non-cheaters. Deciding whether beggars are preferable to cheaters is a judgment left to the reader.)

People seem to think I am somehow affected by their vacuous opinions of my wife whom they've never seen or met and my cooking which they've never tasted.

But the BEST thing I've learned is that the most common tags on Project 1999 are "attention whore" and "virgin." I think that's pretty hilarious.

Seeing old names go is always a bad thing. Like the individual or not, the ones that were here at the beginning helped shape the server.

Alawen, just do what I'm doing man. Play toons nobody knows you on, enjoy the game for what it is, gtfo of the end-game drama and wait for Kunark to open shit back up.

Peace, bro. You'll be back...we always come back.
