Even if that thing that I'm doing is just sitting in EC. I often forget that I'm having conversations with someone if I am having more than one conversation and I do apologize about that to the person requesting assistance. But I in no way feel obligated to do so. It is supererogatory at best to respond to a low balled offer (Asking for me to Buff with Skin like Nature, Chloroplast, SoW, a port from Lavastorm to Butcher Block and offering 5plat and a FS Sword), or an offer that just doesn't interest me.

I wasn't aware anyone was under any obligation to rez someone, have a conversation with someone, or continue a conversation with someone the way another person requires.
Because if all of the above are not actual obligations (instead of your personal expectations), your entire post just shows poor social skills (most recently evidenced by an R&F post about your poor social skills).

Easily solvable.. do what I do, and send out tells along the lines of.
"Hello there. Would you be willing to come to OOT and rez a corpse I have for 170p? Thank you." Sent that message out to 5-6 clerics, and ended up finding one that was coming out to OOT anyway. Worked out well. In your spot, send the same message, and just change the zone and price. I'm sure you would have found someone willing to do it.

This is funny. While leveling to 50, my regular kedge group needs a dps. So I see badmartigan lfg and ask my group. The entire group responds "fuck no he's a baddie, he even has bad in his name." The end

I think i got / paid for maybe two rezzes in my career to 50. Why would you need a rez as a necro?

Cleric isn't obligated to do anything.
Reminds me of an incident in uguk a few weeks ago when i died, asked a guildy to log on his cleric who was camped there to rez me. Guy's a top bloke so he logs on cleric to quickly rez me (stops doing what he's doing etc) rezes me (i was a bard and bound in FP) so really helped me out. Bunch of lowbies (level 15-18ish) start asking him for buffs and rezzes at zone in, he says he doesn't have time and runs off. Some random wizard stops insulting him in shout and tells. Alot of people feel they have some sort of entitlement to a buff or a rez, just because you're in the zone. If you oblige to every tell or request you get, you would seriously be spending more of your time helping people than actually playing the game. Calling someone out in R&F because they didn't rez you (never said they were going to rez you either) shows a lack of class. He could have missed your tell, he could have had something come up which needed him in EC, plenty of reasons. Hell, just the zone being WK would be enough to make me say no and gate. If i send a tell to someone requesting something and they don't respond, I usually just take it as a no and move on.

He was responding then all of a sudden went silent when I said "100pp?? Whatever it takes?? Let me know man!" My gripe is that the guy kept me waiting instead of finishing a conversation like a normal human being. Try and read the posts & replies before you /footinmouth
