Guild B sees Guild A clearing way to Nag and pops in to FTE (and KS in all but the strictest definition) Nag?
There is no KS here. First to Engage gets the mob. Rules of Project 1999. If you get skipped you didn't move fast enough or strategize appropriately.

And I'm not sure why you keep bringing up Budweiser like it's supposed to be insulting to me. Cold beer is great after a long days work.

Cool story but apparently Awakened was not the first 'competitive' raiding guild on the scene to go for the dragon. They however were the ones who succeeded so lets blame them even tho another entity had already did the exact same thing you are calling Awakened scumbags for.

Pot n Kettle meet Gimp. Hope you have Budweiser inside.
I mean just because Rustle has all of the best players on the server, that hardly makes us a raiding guild, or lol 'competitive'. We play this game for fun now.

Understood. Hence my qualifier in parenthesis. Cutting into line at the bank isn't illegal, but it's bad form.

It's violating a social norm and frowned upon. The social norms here were written by people who thought the idea of pooping in a sock was funny.

That is unfortunate and disappointing.

wouldnt that be impossible if Rustle had already engaged Nagafen and failed initially?

FTE means First to Engage. After the initial engage happens anyone that aggro's Nagafen accidentally or purposely is no longer the first person to engage it.

@Gimp was not an insult, since you like to hang out with pots and kettles so much I figured they better have beer for you.

Whole new level of spin here lol. No it doesn't matter who did what to which mob. If the person representing your guild was tracking it a and got FTE, that is against the rules.
