To be honest, when I am on small races there is some charm to how you always feel like you are running fast, even without sow.

Also, all small races got good vision, and they fit in small creviced dungeons.

I wish halflings could wear robes, then they would be the superior cleric race no doubt.

As it stands, they are only in the top 7 of all pickable races.
