If you think p99 streamers are in it for donations (especially dudes,) you are woefully naive to that world. EQ streamers get maybe 20-30 viewers on a good night. It's a pretty fair exchange and quite generous, in my opinion.

Clicking follow on a Twitch channel ≠ goods and/or services, nor is soliciting followers from P99 a way to generate income. It will never lead to direct income of any kind. It will never somehow indirectly translate to income of any kind. It will never pave the way to set up a stream of revenue of any kind. Do people do these things with Twitch? Yes, of course they do - these people have hundreds of thousands of regular viewers. Can Speedi accept donations from people? Of course he can. That is not RMT.
