You can be a lawyer, or you can deal with PoM A/4 the way it has been for as long as I can remember. If you want the Hobbit Twins camp then stay in the room, the only exception to that is if you are also killing 22. Other than actively killing 22 you should be in the room. 99.9% of the player I have encountered in PoM goes by this rule, if you want to be the .1% lawyer that’s your choice.

Last month I was fighting one of the twins in the hall, after splitting (root camp). Just as I finished up that twin, when the second twin walked by getting killed. I asked that guy why he was taking my mobs. He said, he thought camp was open because I wasn’t in the room. Point taken, I left the room for an extended period with mob up. He did not argue that it was my camp, both recognized the confusion.

This room rule is something I've always followed since I started farming POM nearly a year ago. Yesterday, a guy/lawyer pointed out that no such rule is documented. I think I will continue to follow this player made rule out of courtesy, but other people choose not to follow it (and they're not required to, although POM karma catches up with you quick) to their advantage.
