My Jewelcrafting was 250 in 2013 I think, definitely long before my ability to exceed 200 in tinkering

I don't think it appeared actually in patch notes - but I was basing my question to Telin off of this post by Haynar based on the date of the discord msg and the date of the post.

Gnomish Greetings!

Has this fix been implemented yet my friends? I performed a set of 20 combines this week and did not get a skill increase. I know it is not a conclusive sample size, but I didn’t see the update in the patch notes either. Any other tinkerers confirm the fix?

I discussed this with Telin in discord on Oct 7th 2019 - he followed up in a later discussion with the following when the the patch was released..

I have not had the time/drive/plat to press on into 200 - so cannot confirm that I saw it fixed.
