A similar thing happened with Varsoon in Qeynos Hills after patch. There were about 5 of him up at once (in various states of being alive/undead). I was wondering why it couldn't be happening with Pyzjin.

The GBS cycle is completely different. Varsoon is a PH for Pyzjin and only one PH or Pyzjin can be up at a time. However, when you kill Varsoon, Varsoon the Undying spawns, and he is not a PH, he does not despawn, and the cycle will continue. So over time, multiple Varsoon the Undying will accumulate in QH as a result of people camping the GBS.
