Isn't all of Neriak a ghetto?
If not for having to go through 2 zones to get to 3rd Quarter I'd say it's the best city in EQ [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I love the atmosphere of the city, but yeah, the several zones is annoying.

Is there a minimum level for bread quest? My brother has a 29 druid he wants to grind out some levels on.
From 19-44, the (Feerrott version of the) quest is the most consistent source of XP you'll find. I know a druid doing it into her 50's, and she plans to go to 60. Different strokes.

You may stop earlier than 44 from sheer mindnumbing, but you can always come back to top off a level, make up death xp losses, etc.

Just tried it on my WE druid. Innkeeper was dub to me and had no problem doing the turn-in. Decent exp and plat. Ran into about six other druids doing bread runs.

Yes, and doing it will raise faction for the turn-in NPC, too. Do enough, you get max ally with Clurg, Oggok Guards, and Oggok Merchants.

You can eventually bank there. (Just don't wander into the SK, Warrior, or Shaman guild areas.)

I did two levels worth of bread that that was enough to go from kos to threat with the guards. So, probably a solid 4 levels (level 31-35). A good 250-300 turn-ins.
