I knew my number seemed high, thought it was 50p for a charge at first, couldn't remember. So 5pp/charge for 40% haste that lasts 10-20 min depending on level. Yea... nuff said.

I went iksar and it's been pretty fun honestly. You can get by not having cobalt bracer by invis rings + mask, and shrink pots for cobalt bracer. Get thurg armor for the rest of the slots, really.

My only problem is I waffle between my iksar warrior and monk..so neither of them are 50+ ;(
