What if I’m here because EverQuest is, in my estimation, the only game worth playing, and the p99 staff do an impeccable job running a server that is helping balance the stress of my RL with fun elf pixels?

I don’t see that as an option. I only see glorification of corporate sponsorship and p2p game design?

Yeah, OTHER. You are not wrong with that last sentence. Expect more of the same in the future, this ship ain't turning around. Warren Spector once said that the industry going digital download would free itself and players would see a new age of creativity and daring.
