I just think that betwixt Guise, Manastone, Rubicite AND just needing to gear up to stay strong and relevant (you need to be 35 to even /list right?), the hungriest racers and farmers are seeing daily hemorrhages of missed spawns and missed opportunities, not only for their mains but their alts as well. Going on day 5 of no Guise means already -50 of a total of 1500-1800 guises possible on a 24/7 farm op.

Let’s say that even the gnarliest farmers want 2 or 3 “legacy items,” that’s a whole lotta poop in the community pool, eh?

I don’t want to be pessimistic. I wasn’t there for the honeymoon on Blue, but I think we all know where this ship is sailing...

If guise drop rate is anything like mask drop on P99, it took me 28 hours total camping there over like 3-4 days to find 1 mask.

If someone is dedicated enough, they'll get it. Moist people won't camp that long or have the BURNING DESIRE required. I have other responsibilities. One cool thing about EQ is that some stuff IS special and not everyone has it.

I think it is grossly over estimated the number of players who give two shits about having a guise or manastone. There should be plenty for your 3rd and 4th chars.

I'd take a manastone just to sell it down the road. They dont make the game more fun, and I wont sink too much time in attempting to acquire one.

I totally get those of you vocal min/maxers or artifact collectors. You feel rewarded seeking these items. Most of us play differently from you.
