It is not. I tried giving a LS to Mryslin and... she took it. No book. Waiting for Fear patch to try again.

I ran through s.ro today and didn't see the quest giver for the lightstone quest. No idea about the NK one. Also I could have missed the quest giver.

I'm new to P99. Do I have to manually install this patch? Seems to me the one on home page is the same one from December.

I thought it was as well but double check the patch notes and it was early July 1999. So should be getting it next patch.
