Magician epic piece from hateplane seems absurdly rare, it's extremely important to the class in this era, and drop availability was corrected only a modest time after Velious within or near the limit of some of the other out-of-era features P1999 keeps. Wouldn't mind if that one changed. It has been a looooong time since I saw more than a handful of a Magicians who didn't relegate the character to COTH-bot duty at level 55 or so.

I am pretty sure if you are an active raiding mage who actually raids & would put your epic to gud use & not just farm rat pelts and sit on the character select screen staring at it, your guild would bend over BACKWARDZ and kiss themselves to give you your epic.

That said a 60 mage can kill phingel without epic probably so why are u so frackin mad ya toaster?

This is not true. Luclin was already 75% complete under Brad, when he sold out to Sony. Luclin literally was Brad's design.

luclin models should be force disabled and so should bazar traders, people could ec tunnel in bazar, but no /trader command

what is everyones hate boner over spires lol. Theyre the same as a boat but slightly more frequent. In luclin wizards and druids got better at other things so they werent JUST port bitches.
