So the orc scalp quest actually gave 0 XP (or close to that much) on live? I turned in a stack and didn't get a single %, and while I didn't do that quest in classic myself, that just seems wrong.

The difference between 32 and 64 cb belts is pretty minimal anyway.

It gave pretty solid exp i got an sk from 16-21 on orc scalps on live, but i'll be damned if i can get some 'videographic' fraps evidence.

If anything, xp quest rewards are set too high. Light stones should not take you past 9th level. I level lots of alts with those, exp should be almost non-existent by 9th level.

You can't solo wisps until 10-12. Why shouldn't the stones they drop give xp at that range.
