Thex Dagger

Hi Everyone!

I'm fairly new to P1999. I played on live until about 2004, but am excited to be back in this community.

I am trying to get this Thex Dagger and can't seem to find Tearon Bleanix in his spawn spot in High Keep. In the wiki there is a pretty straight forward way to get the bracer, but I have seen other places that show the full lore of doing the Highpass Lottery quest to get him to spawn.

I'm just not certain if it's already been removed, if I need to do some of those lore quests to get him to respawn, or if I just need to wait longer.
