I went in with my necro last night. No Warrens. Crud, what's paineel without the warrens? Just another town that is hard to get into, that's what.
When does The Warrens get loaded? Pfffft, so disappointed.

Dread Forged Shield, yes; Terror Forged Mask and Fright Forged Helm cannot be completed yet as the quest text isn't in and certain items aren't dropping yet. Someone made a bug report, staff are aware, and it will probably be fixed in an upcoming patch.
