Considering how small the bottom area of lguk is and that there are probably three dozen players perma-camped in lguk in the safe hall...prob a dozen camped in the safe corner at AM itself...you really want to be at the camp when the hand-off happens. the odds of someone getting to your camp before you and thinking its theirs is very high.
Best to be at the camp during the hand-off if you don't want a fumble or argument to insue in lguk. Keep in mind that the player who is leaving isn't obliged to wait for you, shout to the zone or even tell you at all that he is leaving. Add into that reality that there are times when someone will want to skip you on purpose so that someone that they want to have the camp can have it. You're just super better off waiting at the camp you want, if you want to avoid issues like this. | ||

I was legit gonna read all of that but decided not to after glancing at the pic, you are a next level shitbag for leaving /afk on throughout 80% of your conversation and deserve to lose the camp on that alone.
You should be mad at falsegod for not giving you sufficient warning he was camping out and adequate time to get there. Kingdom did nothing wrong here and you are extremely lucky they only stayed for a couple re-spawns and let you have it. Way to be an asshat. Part of me wishes they had stayed, and a GM did show up to ban you for interfering with their engagements. | ||

So again, the rules on are this black and white. Someone posted them earlier. When leaving a camp for any reason the person next for the camp has only to make it to the camp before the PH respawn. It's about the most simple straight forward rule on P99. And in fact the rules even allow some time to elapse between the span and killing it.
Several people have said Falsegod was the bad guy in all this. That's just bullshit. Sure it would have been nice to get an update especially before he physically left the camp.But there is no requirement to tell the next person on the list you are leaving so he broke no server rule there. Further, I was continually coming down to the AM camp between spawns at supplier to clear the hall spawn by the AM. So I'm petty sure he thought id notice he took off and take over camp. He shouldn't need to assume lower guk is suddenly going to add a couple kingdom assholes to try so really bullshit camp thef that was clearly against the rules. Most people in guk follow PnP/sever rules, which was not done here. That's not his fault. | ||
