Is all loot being randomed for? For the casual raider turning up?

I seem to remember last year there were reports of pixels on reserve.

Smart move by Seal Team to do this. Now if any other guild wanted to compete on Christmas they get to look like the bad guys while Seal Team can look like the good guys for gifting raid targets to the masses.
