Genuine question: how do you train someone in fear, if CT's mechanic is to call all of the remaining mobs to himself? Isn't Cazic already training you with whatever is left in the zone as part of the engage?

That's the point people are kiting stuff around while ct is engaged and the mobs aren't going to him. They were wondering if it's broke or if you have to be within a certain distance of him for that to occur. Is that effect supposed to pulse or a one time effect ?

CT calls all mobs in the zone to whoever he is aggro on every tick like Tunare. The mechanic does not work if the mobs are beyond leash range which is about 1k loc ticks.

Incorrect. It has to do with how much aggro the kiter has vs. the tank.

Haynar: Fixed an issue where the lazy aggro changes caused mobs that call for help (like Tunare) to not function correctly.
