There is not and there never has been a purely socialist, communist, or marxist country, just like there has never been a purely capitalist one.
However, in the United States, basic mechanisms of economics like taxation and free market competition are broken. So to answer your question, I'd like to live in literally any other wealthy country besides the US. Germany, Japan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Italy, etc etc etc all have dramatically better standards of living than the USA. Better healthcare, more paid time off, greater happiness in pretty much every way anyone has ever come up with to measure happiness, cheaper education, greater life expectancy, cleaner air, shorter commutes, I could go on.
These other countries, such as Germany, actually have more effective free market capitalist competition because they actually have functioning governments to protect the rules and norms of that competition, unlike the US which serves primarily the interests of capitalists and certain corporations.
It's hilarious that you're so indoctrinated by tribal pro-capitalist US media that you think a post outlining some of the benefits of government means I'm a socialist lol. Our current system is not capitalist.
You're dumb if you think whatever possible side effect you're going to get from this vaccine is any worse than the nasty shit you are far more likely to get from a coronavirus infection that is widely known to damage blood vessels in some people, potentially causing damage to your brain and other organs, and even possibly (but very unlikely) killing you.
Think of this entire pandemic as two competing phase I, II, & III trials, one for coronavirus and one for its vaccines. Surprise, science has found that inoculation with coronavirus is significantly more dangerous (so far) than inoculation with mRNA vaccine.
