Use only beef tallow, lard and butter for cooking. Eliminate all vegetable oils and don't eat anything with vegetable oils in it (check the ingredients most processed foods are loaded with oils). Use only olive oils stored in a cool dark place.
Stop eating sugar. Want something sweet eat a grape. Live longer and better. Don't worry about cholesterol it's meaningless if you stick to the above. Heart disease was almost unknown to humans until we started to put processed vegetable oils in everything. People be cooking with lard since beginning of time no problem, now we eating oils and dying of arthrosclerosis. For thousands of years out bodies held a ratio of 1:1 of omega-6 and omega-3 acids; since we started drinking the oil that ratio is now 20:1. Is that good or bad? Here's a quote for a medical site "Scientists do not fully understand what effects omega-6 fats have on the body, and more studies are needed." Oh really? Don't understand? More studies? Sure...let me put some corn oil in pan like the poison it is and wait for the results. | ||
