Gates of Discord, Depths of Darkhollow and Prophecy of Ro are my fav expansions way above Kunark and Velious and i think what makes them work is just enough tedious flagging so when you get to the loot pinata zone you appreciate it. and the lore is dope.

prophecy of ro is absolutely terrible, that's also when they did the horrendous freeport "revamp"
