Interesting. Guessing the strategy was to kill a bunch of orcs for Knights of Truth faction, and then using Wolf Form to turn in a lot of DF belts to the Freeport Militia? (Which will also make the Priests in NFP hate you, not sure how to fix this without becoming KOS with the Militia or the Evils in EFP). Might want to check your Bard faction too if you haven't already - I've accidentally aggro'd them in NFP before. It's really easy to fix because every mob in Mistmoore grants bard faction.

Nah the overlooked Highpass factioning, was a good spot to level him at the time, highpass was his first foothold in the old world really, and earned FP guard faction as a bonus, then just had to raise knights in any way that didn't get FP guards mad too.
The only ones I really have to look out for is to not go too near the Robe-casters guilds.

Which mobs can I kill in Highpass for Militia faction? Very interested in this. Have a character that I want to have good faction everywhere in FP.

Kill orcs in WC and turn in the deathfist belts is the way.

@OP - The bard has everything he needs. As far as spots for leveling 50+ my favorites (as a fellow non-swarmer) are:
Hill Giant Hill in Rathe mountain (can fear or charm kite)
Geonids in WL (charm kiting)
Ice Giants in Everfrost (Fear kiting)
Spectres in Ferrott (Fear kiting)
Bloodgill Goblins in LOIO (can use pretty much any strat)

Most of those start to die off at 51/52 but are incredible at 50. I've done mostly Geonids on my bard because the exp is insane, plat is really good (even if you hoard all the velious armor gems) but they are a little tougher at 50, especially if you're just learning charm kiting.

The Warrior shows reaver as weapon, I'm assuming you have some 1 hand agro weapons, if not that would definitely be a need as you'll basically just group to 60. Frostbringer is a super popular, cheap, common choice for pre-epic warriors. Wavecrasher a pricier but effective option as well.

The Shaman - I don't think you specified but someone referenced the shaman being Iksar, if not then I would put JBB as your #1 item to acquire accross your toons. If it is Iksar then I would focus on getting a fungi staff if you don't have one already. Same regen as fungi tunic, replaces the spell slot/mana cost of casting regen on yourself and works as a built in GCD clicky for faster casting.
