Make Leatherfoot raider skullcap not rechargeable. 85pp for recharge on insta gate is too good for little bitches that cant pvp for shit.

should just give everyone bis, make everyone 50 with all spells/skills maxed, have only 5 zones and no banks/npcs/clickies.
