I have yet to start playing Everquest. but I did play wow for 4 years. That was the worst time of my life. Hell, if someone can sue McDonalds for serving coffee hot... although I think you're pretty safe since there's no due consideration or anything. Although some legalese "You use this service at your own risk blah blah blah" lifted from somewhere else might be prudent. I am not a lawyer however, just had lots of business law courses.

I just keep telling myself to play in moderation. Maybe if I just schedule time to play one night a week - that'll work. Ha! Yeah right! Well anyway, if a game is not addictive it's probably not worth playing. Right?
