Game Mechanics: wolf form should modify which factions?

I believe that is known, wolf form used to be mega OP back in the day. I swear you could run around PoH because you were indifferent to all mobs in wolf form, think that was one of the main catalysts for the change.

I was doing research on this recently to implement on TAKP, I posted my findings over there : Link

I scoured comments and the archives looking for mentions of wolf form where they mentioned specific npcs and if it raised or lowered their faction. I also tried to explain how I think it worked for the most part.
