Is Velious a good expansion to level 50 to 60 in?

Velious was such an epic expansion... While I didn't get to fully experience a good majority of the good stuff I thoroughly enjoyed the occasional Kael Arena run, was such good memories.

Also as a lower level questing for the Ice Forged Shackles was something that will forever be etched in my memory.

I have a special place in my heart for Cobalt Scar even though it was the cause of so much annoyance at times. I can't wait to oct some wyverns!
