Berserk, Naruto, Fairy Tale, Magi, Tonari no Kaibutsu, bleach, gintama, samurai champloo, trigun, sword of the immortal, kenshin, and some others that I can't think of atm but have watched either some or all of.

I've watched dragonball with my cousins years ago and got hooked on anime.

I started that.. but got sidetracked and never got back to it, I do plan to watch it all the way through at some point.

I haven't watched any of the stuff on my "watching" list other than One Piece for a long time, I read the Manga for many of them. Pretty sure I haven't watched any of those other series for at least a year now. I'm really generous with my ratings lol, so don't read too much into those.

Actually been re-watching a lot of One Piece because a friend is working his way through getting caught up. Although that will likely stop now since he's getting pretty close and I've seen it all too recently.

That being said, I really liked Gundam Seed, but even that I had trouble keeping up with. Voltron was my shit.

Transformers: Prime is astounding. It is, in my opinion, better than the original series and easily the best Transformers ever made. In 1080p and 5.1 surround, it's gorgeous. The voice acting is superior, the story is excellent. The violence and themes presented are quite adult in nature. The characterization is intriguing and you will find yourself rooting for multiple teams, much in the way of ASOIAF. Awesome in every way.

I kinda grew up with this one, along with Robotech / Rouruni Kenshin (I think it was advertised as Samurai X that time)/ Trigun and Cowboy Bepop. So all of them kinda hold a special place amongst favorites. Like Akira / Ninja Scrolls / Metropolis.

And though now I only follow Gintama religiously, there are some other titles that are kinda worth watching as well (opinions may differ of course) :

Black Lagoon (the dubbed version is pretty good imo, probably better than the subbed)
Darker than Black (the first season only)
Hellsing (the recent OVAs which follow the manga I think)
Kara No Kyokai (Garden of Sinners)
Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni series
Monogatari series (Bakemonogatari, Nisemonogatari, Nekomonogatari)
Monster

If you're not into watching something with a lot of episodes though, take a look into Denpa Teki Na Kanojo (just two OVAs, but decent ones, just try to find a good quality out there).

For shits and giggles you can always revert to (Boobs with XXXX) series, like for example, Highschool of the Dead is Boobs with Zombies, Ikky Tousen is Boobs with MartialArts, etc etc etc.
