No, they can't.
um, yes they can.

Either you're dumb of blind. There are plenty of cases where this type of shit happens all across the country.

Ive seen the complete video. Admitting you should have handled a situation differently is not the same as saying u ovver stepped your power. While it might seem like a nice idea that judges work as emotionless robots that is not how it works in reality. Sry

Mediate actually has footage of the PD. Not sure why none of the other clips do.

No one is making the argument that judges work as emotionless robots. But judges can't violate procedure with impunity regardless of how entertaining the viral web video may be.

For the most part at arraignment judges dictate procedure with a few exceptions. She will get her day in court at her trial until then its the judges day. Have you never had a 1st appearence. Before?

Evidently this is a case of one of those few exceptions.

Yeah. When u have a first appearance the judge looks at your charges and then at your previous charges. The judge has a certain range at which to set bail or if no previous record he can ROR (release on own recognicence) the person. The only right you have at first appearence is the right to a first appearence.

The justice system is looong gone. Witness the bloated monstrosity of corrupt power and it's prey the dumbed down powerless slave.
