Thanks nilbog! In regards to a list request - do you want a list for just the items mentioned here, or for ALL sky items that may not be incorrect that we can dig up?
If the former - np! I'll do it tonight. If the latter - the link you provided will hopefully be helpful in winnowing down what was going to be a daunting task of combing through ~100 sky items historically. It's still a daunting task, but I can start chipping away at it. Would you want links to sources as well?

I went through every single PoSky quest reward that had charges that I could find (old and new).
I put them in a google doc here with notes - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...it?usp=sharing After reviewing everything, I only found 2 possible errors... Amulet of the Void (subject of this thread) and the Fairy-Hide Mantle so helpfully mentioned by Byrjun. Every other item that does not appear to be recharge friendly has an aug slot, with a single exception - the upgraded Mantle of the Songweaver. The old item, Songweaver's Mantle DOES have an aug slot. I'm assuming this is an oversight on the new item and that it is not recharge friendly. I would encourage some bards to do some digging on this to be sure - I've already spent 30min on wayback machine's EQDiva with no results though. The Fairy-Hide Mantle is unique, it is (after fixing the Amulet of the Void) the only upgraded item that the old item is recharge friendly...and the new item (exact same clicky/charge #) is not on P99. Based on this fact, and the general pattern of how they handled sky items plus it's lack of an aug slot on both versions, I would strongly suspect that it is recharge friendly on live...and that there is just no information in regards to it. I believe it should be changed to be recharge-friendly on P99 in light of this. I'd also like to re-reference the Nov 19, 2003 @ 4:32p post #18 by Celebairn on Graffe's (http://www.graffe.com/forums/showthr...et+of+the+void) stating that the Amulet of the Void requires no reagent. I was unable to find information about other reagents (although to be fair, I didn't look forever, had enough of a headache with wayback machine on a few of these). So here's the list of updates IMO - Recipe: Amulet of the Void (27710) + Mana Battery - Class Five (14804) inside of Box of the Void (17100) Recipe: Fairy-Hide Mantle (27728) + Mana Battery - Class Three (14802) inside of Box of the Void (17100) Reagent Use: Amulet of the Void (27710) should NO LONGER require reagent: Cloudy Stone of Veeshan (10094)

Thanks wycca. I made a post about the Fairy-Hide Mantle a long time ago and it received no response. It makes no sense that this one item isn't rechargeable. At the very least give me an option to obtain the Sphinx-Hide Mantle as well, since it has the same effect, same charges, and is rechargeable.
There's likely no info on it because everyone thought the clicky was useless on live. It summons a very outdated pet. I don't remember any Shamans carrying around Magician focus items to reclaim their pets like they do on P99, and I question if that's a classic mechanic but it's on P99 so I trust it. So, using the clicky as a "mana battery" just wasn't considered back in the day. There was no point in recharging it, so why try?

Didn't think the reclaim energy clicky was Classic either but there are a few posts in era claiming it was. Although I think that was changed at some point because those items now says "can equip" as a requirement for their clicking, just like Mask of Deception does (which is what separates it from Guise, meaning you must be the correct class to even click).
But it's pretty tough to prove whenever that change occurred. But it sounds like it was shaman clickable up through Velious

Argument on no reagent is based off this quote I think:

Correct, I never found any indication that they removed the reagent requirement from Amulet of Planar Transference.
There is the quote I linked from Graffe's and the quote Daldaen linked state that Amulet of the Void did not use a reagent, however.
