I had planned on going on the good team to start (I figured it would be the smallest team) how many people coming back to play with you Lite?

I am also not sure how many people are in dentists. I assumed it was Kringe and company and he says like 5 to 6.

As of right now Kringe's crew is going to be rolling with 5-6, I'd say definitely go with his team as I expect to have more than that.

With that being said, I am pretty sure Reti and several others will be joining them. I am going to do my best to keep people up to date on what I am working with, so we can keep teams balanced.

Don't worry about what team you pick. You can switch at any time, there is just a 3 day timer before you can switch again. The team you pick has nothing to do with class/race restrictions.

Gotta keep in mind that many people on that list wont have high playtime and rarely will all of this people be on at the same time.
