Might I propose that in addition to Colgate's line items, I would add that both megaguilds maintain a blacklist. The server culture will immediately start to improve if people are held accountable for their actions.

a majority of the server does not want to wake up before noon on a Sunday

who the fuck (besides young 20 somethings) sleeps in till noon unless they have a job with weird hours.. 'sleeping in' on a sunday for me is like 830-900am
