It doesn’t have to be video games, it just often happens to be. Humans were not designed to sit in a chair staring at a screen for 14 hours a day, whether that’s video games or Internet forums or Netflix

It’s terrible for your body and brain. Why this is not drilled into the heads of every child and adult in America is beyond me
