Context dude, context. I'm aware of all of that, except the dumb comment there is a coronavirus research facility on every corner like Starbucks.

It was in response to his comment calling me stupid. If your investigating a grease fire and look down the street and a guy is playing with a grease fire, you would naturally be skeptical of their "it just happened on its own" story from china.

Well that's it for the alcohol-based hand sanitizers. I should have snagged the last couple yesterday, cause today it's all gone.

I checked Walgreens and CVS and all gone there too. Also gone any type of rubbing alcohols.

Other things either gone or flying off the shelves: Canned meats. Anything with bleach in it. Paper towels, any paper goods really. Bottled water.

The couple in front of me had an $805 bill - I've been shopping in that market 30 years never saw an order that size.

This is in New Jersey with no confirmed cases and no state of emergency and also no confirmed cases in NYC next door. The panic is spreading at 10x the rate the virus is.

Gas is next. Expect super long lines, people be in Walmart and Autozone buying up all the gas cans.

It's fine to be stocked up, but that's silly. Not really sure why there would be a run on gas considering how much of that is automated and there really shouldn't be a virus scenario where gas deliveries to stations stop and refineries are completely disabled, but I suppose that's just how people are.
