I was already in "fuck Hasbro" mode pretty much since they acquired WotC (although to be fair, I wasn't a fan of WotC right before they got acquired either). But then their mishandling of D&D 4E and D&D Next both pushed me away further.

Still, I'm a big gaming nerd, so I tried not to write them off completely ... until the 3rd-party MtG expansions came out.

Sci-fi nonsense like Dr. Who and Transformers have absolutely no business being a part of a game that's been exclusively fantasy for three decades (and is literally called "Magic").

I think it was forcibly turning a PEN AND PAPER roleplaying game into a digital one that was the last nail in my coffin.

It's fun, it's a little slow and quiet... but I think that's because it's ambitious for an indi game. It's got great graphics, and cool character/world design.

Skeletons to fight, goblins. All my fetishes.

It's like an escape from tarcov kind of game...

1. you drop into a world that has a timer on it.
2. you collect loot and fight creatures and gain exp and skills that is permanent.
3. you head to an extraction point, and wait there for like 30 seconds to teleport out of the level with your loot.
4. pvp other players when you encounter them

It's got a huge world map, and I think as you progress with exp, youll go to zones with higher level creatures and players.

It's early access, but I think it has loads of potential!

That sounds pretty sweet.
Instanced zone but with people you dont know. Part way through the video but it seems great so far.

Is it worth teaming up to defeat more mobs or do you get good points for PvP?
Imma watch more of the video...

Omg if i watched for 2 more minutes.

I like it. Thanks for the heads up.

Prolly the result of a failed Transformation. Never Woke up
The Djinns of the Father, are spirited upon the Son.

Too soon?
