After careful review of the incident, it came to light that indeed at the time that Bummey stated "book not up," the book was, in fact, not on the pedestal and consequently, not up.

Settle down. I understand, I understand. The reality of the matter was that in a purely technical sense, Bummey did not lie! But we must also consider the facts leading up to the book not being up - that is where our focus must stay!

This raid was the 2nd time i was ever in hate. I had no idea what the book was or if there was any importance! I asked him what the book was for trying to get more info and was replied '?' - we saw it live that he walked up and picked it up, why ask if he looted it?
