By redefining the definition to fit anyone that isn't a Nazi, a Nazi by any similar ideal association. It's similar to you getting offended about everything you always complain about when someone would say well "That's gay or he's a f*g" even when they aren't a f*g.

The problem lies that yes, people say "He's a f*g" and then if you asked them honestly if the person was a f*g or they were just saying that. They will openly admit they were just saying that. When you guys say Nazi, you actually believe it.
