I'm thinking it might be better just to phase it out completely. Kithicor is already permanent Undead, I think because of this. I'll just make LakeRathe Undead Gnolls permanent up. Kryn in Oggok always up static. Ancient Cyclops should probably be farmed in OOT here. What else is there for night time shit Pyzjin I could change that to be more like I don't know I could copy a stormfeather type situation.
The problem with the night/day spawns is it goes off this shit called EQTime which is like a unix timestamp thing where if it gets out of whack with my server everything bugs right out. I will probably phase out night time specific mechanics, I'll research if I can do with scripts somehow but I don't see any. | ||

Yeah I can't think of any major issues. Nothing content wise, the only concern will be potential quest mobs that don't spawn at night or reset properly.
Founy / Tanir or w/e two rogue Guildmasters that are supposed to be pick pocketed for the Rogue epic, are supposed to respawn once a day to give you a chance of an item. That mechanic is broken so I just made them both lvl 1, 1 hp mobs that people will kill for the item. I can't of many examples like this where it will affect things. Most things just have a timer you camp it etc. There aren't many Spawnconditions and daynight shit in the DB I could go through it that way one by one and see for sure. | ||

Doesn't even work in SRO, probably doesn't work in Qeynos hills. Just kill the Spawngroup PH and AC or Pyzjin can spawn I bet day or night.
I just repopped sro a bunch changed time to day night w/e that same spawngroup can spawn AC and honestly fucking good enough. Deleted all the Velious+ spawn events and theres like none so I think I'll put this to case closed. If there's any random quests that have a day night mechanic I will add that mob as discovered. | ||

Critical burnout has been reached. I didn't have it in me to finish the hole, so I opened it up and placed all the epic mobs + yael in there, at their proper spots.
It's fucking bush league, but that's all I got. Going to leave the box up permanently at this point, try to build some street cred for uptime. Veeshan peak is open too and 100% classic. May work on it in a few months again. | ||

Baby steps, going to get my monk/rogue to 60, maybe a Tranix/Skarlon etc or work on the Rogue epic. I want to reiterate that there will be no more wipes, ever, on my box. This is final version, the content isn't 100% but eventually I'll get to everything. I'm not working on it for awhile so no requests, the box is "as is" but it's pretty good. If people want to bring things up I'll make a list and somewhere down the line I'll get to it unless it's absolutely game breaking. My druid is ready to buff anyone who wants to give it a shot don't feel shy. For anyone who's concerned about the safety of my box. That's a joke, I don't care about any of you, and I can't do anything with your IP addresses. I don't know who's is who, I don't know locations or how to do anything with them.
