good to see you guys are still going hard

first week I've actually felt good enough to do anything. off the narcotics almost a week now

broke more shit than surgeon originally knew about until he opened me up

3 hour surgery

1. tibial type 2, hairline, and compression fractures (bone graft + hardware)
2. torn meniscus
3. completely ruptured MCL (replaced with an achilles tendon)
4. torn quad

did it big and got some badass scars. hopefully tomorrow I get the green light to start PT. been doing hundreds of leg lifts and resistance band calf exercises to help when it's time for weight bearing

Really glad to hear of your recovery. Sorry you got SHREKt dude that's majorly severe stuff. Good job getting off the narco and starting the (painful) road to recovery. I'm sure you'll surprise your doctors.

Once your scars have healed, I recommend using [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]. It helped me with my small abdomen scar a lot. Reduces inflammation and swelling and over-all redness.
