Now imagine if Walmart couldn’t find enough workers because there’s only so many low class workers. They would have to raise their wages to find workers. This could be America with actual immigration enforced.

When I say wages rising I'm referring to real inflation adjusted wages. Nice try though.

You aren't understanding supply and demand. If supply is low, they need to offer greater value to attract workers. That means wages and benefits together.
