Do you have any idea how much shit has gone down with BLM and Antifia groups just in the past 7 days? Let's try to keep it civil, Both sides have radicals or mentally unstable people.
Got any videos on Antifa pulling guns on children?

It looks like the GOP is mainly using "fear" to motivate people to vote for them or I am wrong?

(asking in general)

Some were worried that some of the plans would later, through no means of anyone involved making the important choices, somehow be used to eat away at individual rights.

As far as taxing it with all the rules and regulations that must go in, I would think the only benefit would be getting your state out of debt, not further into it. Giving it all a bad name and only reinforcing the stereotype of hippy dippy potheads, another way of saying irresponsible people.

(Sorry, lulberts)
Not merely because of who it attracts from out-of-state, but because of the big government programs it incentivizes. It's never mere decriminalization. It portends government getting INTO the weed business.

I'm up in Canada Razor and I can tell you that you are correct. Everyone here excited until "legalization". 12 laws to break when it was illegal, now 47 related to weed that you can now be charged with. It's not legalization - it's "institutionalization" and "control".

Edit: I am a bad person who is only interested in cruel pragmatism. Forbid one such as me for paying attention to individual rights on this one specific issue. no no.. we need to pay more attention to junkies, that is the answer! Forget everyone else.

I would ask for Pat's thoughts on this but I see he has been banned.

commie Law (kamala) mentioned wanting to decriminalize marijuana.

I didn't want to say anything about it till after the election. She's the only one to bring up the topic of cannabis.

Maybe she's trying to make up for locking up all those black people who only had a joint or nothing at all.

For anyone unaware Decriminalized doesn't mean you can have it. It means you get a ticket and the cops take your shit. Instead of going to jail or rehab.

Un-criminalize it.

No. Let's get real. They're gonna garner votes then up penalties in office. 4 TRIL tax hike to pay China off. Prison money always helps (kickbacks from the taxpayer to prison interests).

New US wars or wars.

New 9/11?

All these things must come to pass.

HAH, I'd not considered that. That would be some shit... But usually in the amounts i'm talking about. It's local police not the DEA fuckin bustin down your door. I imagine they might write it so anything under a certain amount is decrim but over a certain amount is still federally illegal.

I just want what Canada has currently for starters... 4 plants per household.(depending on the province)

I was pushing for anything up to 2oz to be confiscated and the person let go. Anything over 2oz was placed on states laws, which could vary, but at least people would have some say in it.

Out of sight, out of mind.

1. Its not legal or socially accepted (like it is now across the country).
2. There are no "Joes Pot Shack. Mastercard Accepted" stores.
3. You don't have dregs hanging around blowing pot smoke near your kids.

You know, practical shit that is crazy enough that it might work.. in my mind I seen it going back to what it was before it was made a crime. Its a plant out there, don't bring it around me or my family but there will be no jackboot kicking in your door.

If you live in an apartment, I would highly suggest looking into a Carbon air filter with fan. The kind professionals use. Scrub the air before you get a complaint and a knock at the door. It's the kind thing to do.

You are supposed to feel as if you are getting away with something you are not supposed to, if you do this right. From where I am standing that would be kind of exciting.

Yeah keep the kids safe.

Make sure they pick up a 6 pack of cheap beer and a pack of malbero reds while eating candy and sucking down a expresso coffee. Edit: OH and a dozen scratch off tickets for the fam.

Out of sight, out of mind right?
