People like that, have a need to cause pain in others. They may be hurting inside, or have never known what a good relationship can be, then find themselves in a good relationship and act to self-sabotage, because they don't trust the warm fuzzy feelings of real love.

While I think everyone should be taxed, I also think there should be tax deductions available for anyone for doing community work. If you clean up a park, you get this amount deducted from your taxes, feed the homeless and get this amount deducted and maybe you could build up escrow where you may work continuous volunteer jobs for the community and may not have to pay taxes for years but the state also doesn't have to spend taxes cleaning up the park or what have you.

How do you guarantee the parks get cleaned up or the homeless get fed?

Obviously, if you were being taxed, this would be on top of your other activity.

Thats pretty easy, the parks and rec department can manage the volunteers the way they do now and pay credit the way they do court ordered volunteer work.

Like when you donate goods to the salvation army, you get the slip to sign off how much for your taxes.

20% flat tax on anyone who earns money in the US would pay for that and literally every other social service that people want.

I'd pass sentences like, if gov't officials or corporations get caught gaming the system, everyone loses their jobs, the corporation gets nationalized and then sold back to the private sector, and all those involved have to live like paupers for X amount of years.

Take bezos or musk for example. they get caught doin shady shit with their money to avoid taxes, all of a sudden, the gov't assumes control of Amazon or Tesla, All of bezos/musks assest are seized and then we just dump them in skid row, LA

upper corporate management will be scared shitless, and do their jobs better than before, so the gov't doesn't have to manage these companies in the interim until they are sold back to the public.
