How packed do you think Crystal Caverns will be when Velious hits?

The golems drop classic Cazic loot. Cazic has a new loot table. There is also a enraged golem that replaces the cazic skin part iirc so that makes it easier for wizard epics.

Both planes are revamped at the same time (Mar 14, 2001), three months after Velious release (Dec 6, 2000).

I don't know if they will revamp pof or poh here. All I know from reading was that they were stopping with velious. Not sure if the plan included stuff between velious and luclin.

I personally dont see why not. I think it would add more fun to the server pre cat age.

It was 3 months after velious was originally released on live. So i would say like a year after velious is released here before we get planar revamps here.

They're having to level new characters since their old ones got banned or sold.

I heard something about them recently going on a recruiting binge with players around or lower than level 30. One of my friends got into their guild recently and he was only level 27 at the time.
